A timesheet is a record of the amount of time an employee has spent at work on a particular job or project.
Under the Fair Work Act and other related workplace and health and safety legislation, it is required to keep accurate records of time and wages.
These records must be in English, legible, in a form able to be inspected by a Fair Work Inspection, not altered unless correcting an error, and retained for seven years.
All Lay Clerks must submit their timesheets online to be approved by the Master of Music for payment.
Timesheets must be submitted by 5.00pm AWST on the second day of the month for the previous month. Timesheets submitted after the deadline will be processed in the next pay cycle.
